Any item you find on the shop can be made, created and designed with unique skills of our artists. ETA will vary but we can make any artwork that you like. We can also customise as per your needs.

Yes, we do provide a paid option for framing. You can select this option once you click on the product thumbnail

Indeed, the items showcased on the site are hand-picked, unique artworks, and all products can be re-created just like the showcased one.

The Government of India does not allow for the sale of any article more than 100 years old outside India. We do not deal in antiques. The antiquated artworks are artworks which are provided an old look about them by the artist. In most cases they are no older than 20 to 30 years.

All artworks on the site are original, created by accomplished artists, who have learnt their skills from their earlier generations. Classic India Arts sources all artworks directly from these artists, because of which we are able to offer these unique works at reasonable costs to the buyer.

Our artworks are unique and non-duplicable. Though many pieces may look similar, no two pieces can be exactly the same. For this reason, we have found that a Printed Catalog of our products may carry only a very limited profile of our articles. Our online store is thus the best possible reflection of the products we can offer.

Classic Indian Arts has reached over 161 out of 195 nations worldwide and we take pride in having delivered to our customers in distant locations such as Bermuda and Belize. With the utmost care, we deliver to the doorstep of all our customers who reside in countries with whom India has diplomatic relations.

In case of a replacement for an item, the request has to be made within 7 days of the purchase date. The product for replacement should be in original condition, unused, and packed in its package with its tags and labels. Return the product to our address, where after assessing the condition of the product we will initiate a refund, which will be reflected in your source of payment in 1-2 billing cycles. If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before the package has been shipped.

Yes, we ship to all countries having diplomatic relations with India, including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, France, Italy, etc.

No, prices listed on the site are inclusive of all shipping and handling charges for certain locations. There are no hidden costs. But for overseas, the shipping cost will vary depending upon the distance. So, Kindly ping us before purchase.

No, Classic Indian Arts takes all responsibilty for delivery to your doorsteps. Our strategic alliance with UPS and Federal Express ensures that all paperwork and customs formalities are taken care of without any effort from you. In fact, for our customers, there is no difference than if the packet was shipped locally.

All orders more than $ 50 in value are shipped by UPS/Federal Express. Orders less than that are shipped by Registered Air Mail.

Delivery is expected within 4 to 6 business days from the date of shipment. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of orders, except for orders for framed paintings. Delivery for shipments made by Registered Air Mail can take slightly longer. For details please refer to our Shipping Policy at our website.

All orders are sent insured. Claims are provided if the shipment is lost or damaged during transit.

The process to purchase from Classic Indian Arts is simple. You have to visit our website https://classicindianarts.com/, where you can browse through our collection and pick the product you want to purchase. Sign up/in, add the product to your cart, click on “proceed to checkout”, fill in the required address and payment details, and you are done.

In normal conditions, a product from Classic Indian Arts takes around 3-5 business days to reach your doorstep, for all the orders from America, Europe, and Australia. However, we cannot guarantee a period for the delivery since the delivery time also depends upon security and customs clearances, flight delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. On our part, we ensure that each product reaches its destination as quickly as possible in perfect condition.

Once the product is dispatched through FedEx or UPS, Classic Indian Arts will email you the tracking number for your package, through which you can track the journey of your order, on the website of FedEx or UPS. For all the deliveries in the USA, Europe, and Australia, the average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, once you have received a confirmation for your order. In some cases, where the product price is below $50, the shipment is sent through Registered Air Mail, where the delivery takes 10 to 20 days to complete.

No, prices are quoted in Indian Rupee.
Yes, we accept all currencies. For offline payments (by Checks/Money Orders), please pay the equivalent amount, after converting the value in US Dollars to your local currency. If you are paying by Credit Card, your card will automatically be charged in your local currency.

For back order items, the time mentioned is approximate only. We try our best to have them shipped within the stated time. However, since all our products are hand made, delay is possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
